Luxury Boarding
Home from home, stress free sleepovers, guaranteed! With days filled with free running time and playtime with dog friends as well as humans, our boarding visitors settle in well, in our cozy comfortable, weather-proof wendy houses, as well as our indoor facilities, which are reserved for small dogs, or dogs with special needs.
Whilst most of our dogs are well socialized, we do have a few runs, dedicated to unsocialized dogs, who also enjoy individual free running time and attention.
Accommodation

Spacious, grassed runs and wendy houses, with weatherproof, stable doors, for easy access and midnight potty requirements.

Our boarding houses and runs are cleaned with F10 Veterinary disinfectant.

Families are housed together unless other arrangements are requested by the owner.

Comfortable, freshly washed bedding and beds are supplied; please keep yours safe at home. All bedding is cleaned prior to arrival, so fresh bedding awaits your dog, at every visit.
Luxurious private suite for your special pup, featuring a plush bed and a secure private garden.
The more the merrier: each canine sibling that joins in the fun is automatically given a discounted rate.
Days are filled with activities including free running time and enrichment games.
Dogs are supervised and matched according to size, play style and temperament.
Value added services include medication administration and WA updates, including photos and videos; peace of mind guaranteed. Please note that this is, time permitting, especially during busy periods.
Boarding requirements

If we have not met your dog, we may request a meet and greet, which also offers us the opportunity to show you our facilities. Meet ups and site visits are set up on an appointment basis only.

A completed boarding booking form, which can be downloaded here.

A copy of vaccination records, including tick and flea as well as deworming regimes, which should all be up to date. We are mindful of over vaccinating pets and will assess the records and advise you of our requirements.

Puppies require a minimum of 2 “ 5 in 1” vaccinations; this is for their own safety as well as the safety of our other visitors.

A Kennel Cough vaccination is required. Please note that this is not part of the standard annual “5 in 1” vaccination and needs to be requested separately. Kennel Cough is not restricted to kennels and dogs may contract this anywhere as it is airborne, including in their home, or whilst out on a walk.

We do not recommend that dogs be vaccinated, dewormed, and treated for ticks and fleas on the same day. Please stagger the treatments over a few days.

Any medicine requiring administration by us, needs to be clearly marked with dosage and supplied in a sealed container.

All food and treats should be supplied in clearly marked containers with the dog’s name as well as feeding instructions. Please do not supply large, unopened bags of food for short visits.

Please do not bring dishes and toys; we have loads!

On receipt of a completed booking form and vaccination records, we will process an invoice which is payable in full, prior to arrival. Please email proof of payment to robyn.shaggychic@gmail.com. Dogs will not be checked out should any payment be outstanding on the day of departure.

We charge per night, with a day care fee effective for after 12 midday checkouts.

Please ensure that you advise us if grooming is required prior to departure, so we can schedule this and hand over a clean and sweet-smelling dog, when you collect.

Should you extend your holiday and/or require grooming, full payment for additional services is required prior to collection.

Should your holiday be cancelled for any reason, we will credit your account with the amount paid, which can be utilised at any time during the calendar year.

Should you wish to collect your dog earlier than the original date booked, no credit is offered.
Please endeavour to drop your dog off as early as possible, so that he/she has time to settle and get to know the surroundings. Many of our visitors opt for a daycare visit, or two, prior to a boarding booking, for this reason.
